Dear Fellow West Point Graduate,
The AOG will host the first Service Academy Career Conference of 2006 on May 11-12. The location is the Marriott Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. More than 80 employers, representing various industries, are expected to participate.*
The two-day conference begins with a seminar on Thursday evening. Several corporate recruiting directors will discuss interview techniques and answer questions on hiring processes. The job fair itself takes place on Friday, when all employers will be available to meet with USMA graduates attending the conference.
Last May, more than 500 service academy graduates attended the DC SACC. Whether preparing for a transition from the military or looking for new opportunities in a civilian career, you will find the SACC a valuable opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers.

Note: In addition to registering through the SACC office, be sure to post your resume on www.jsaje.com. SACC employers will have access to the supplemental information you post there. Additionally, employers and recruiters are now subscribing to the www.jsaje.com resume database. So, your resume will be viewed by employers not attending the SACC in Arlington, Virginia, as well as the SACC employers.

*Special note: The Association of Graduates is accepting applications for two executive positions: Major Giving Officer (an immediate opening) and Director for Class Support Programs (an opening that will occur this summer). John Calabro, VP for Alumni Support will attend the Service Academy Career Conference in Crystal City and will be available to discuss the class support director position, in particular.
