Position Summary - Reporting to the President, CCI Worldwide, Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Position Responsibilities
„X Leads the annual strategic planning process for the CCI Global Security Services business and CCI¡¦s International Services businesses, coordinating inputs from the regional teams and assisting in identifying and developing business plans to support strategic goals of the company.
„X Coordinates and conducts sessions regarding strategic plans, strategies, product and industry analysis/development and market research for the executive management team. Monitors the competitive environment and identifies strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.
„X Coordinates competitive analysis activities from across the business and works with the regions to develop tactics and strategies to respond to (and in anticipation of) key competitor actions.
„X Researches and investigates potential new product lines and markets that may complement the company¡¦s existing lines of business and areas of operation. Determines if markets should be penetrated through strategic acquisition or start-up.
„X Works with the regional business development teams to develop a global mergers and acquisition strategy which complements the overall business strategy. Leads the process to assess candidates to fill gaps (capabilities, geographic coverage, technology, etc.) and prioritize potential targets.
„X Identifies transaction and acquisition integration best practices from across the company and externally, and ensures these best practices are deployed globally.
„X Provides an interface between the region and CCI Corporate business development teams, insuring effective communication and goal alignment between these teams.
„X Leads the evaluation and incubation of strategic platform extensions for our Global Security and International businesses.
„X Directly manages a small organization of strategy and business development professionals with responsibilities in the above areas.

„X Experience performing or preparing confidential information memoranda for divestiture candidates; due diligence of prospective target businesses for acquisition; financial analysis and shareholder value analysis; business plans and when and how to effectively use market research and competitive analysis.
„X Familiarity/understanding of corporate accounting; corporate taxation; and securities regulations and filings.
